Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment is processed, based on the least expensive carrier, the delivery time you select, and the shipping weight of your order.

Order Processing:

We kindly ask customers to allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders with express shipping methods are prioritized and shipped the same day if submitted before 1 pm PST. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed. Please estimate delivery within Monday – Friday.

In the event of a backorder, you will be notified via email. Backordered items ship as soon as available at no additional cost. For inquiries or cancellations regarding backorders, please email us at [email protected] with your order number.

Customs and Brokerage Fees:

For international shipments, customs departments may charge additional fees or tariffs, which are variable. You should contact your local customs office to determine any extra charges. Thank You Luci LLC does not calculate or include these fees in your total. The recipient is responsible for these additional fees.

Warranty and Return Information:

Warranty:

We offer a 30-day warranty on all products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we provide a Satisfaction Guarantee on our entire product line.

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Service at [email protected] with your order number, item number, and a description of the defect. Photos of the defect may be required. If the defect is validated, we will replace the item.

Unwanted Items:

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted, and a store credit will be issued for the remaining amount.

To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and item number. Our Customer Service team will provide an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions. All returns must have an approved RMA number; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
